Visits & Registration

We prefer that you contact us to make an appointment so we can give you our full attention. However, you’re welcome to pop in! Just try to avoid visiting between 12pm and 2pm, as that’s our busy lunchtime.

You can register your child by completing the Child Details form, which you’ll receive during your nursery visit.

Yes! We accept all Childcare Vouchers, participate in the Tax-Free Childcare scheme, and offer 15- and 30-hour funded places (for eligible families). You can check the Childcare Choices website to find what support works best for you.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines:
0–2 years: 1 adult to 3 children
2–3 years: 1 adult to 5 children
3+ years: 1 adult to 8 children (or 1:13 with an EYP or teacher)

Yes. All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid and Emergency First Aid at Work, with regular refresher courses throughout the year.

We take safeguarding seriously and follow strict procedures set by Ofsted and local authorities. All staff complete annual safeguarding training, and every nursery has Designated Safeguarding Leads.

Yes, we do. Once registered, we offer settling-in sessions to help your child adjust. If needed, we’re happy to tailor the process to support your family further.

We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays.

Absolutely. We follow your child’s routine to make the transition from home to nursery as smooth and familiar as possible.

Your child’s key person will share daily updates—especially for little ones—including naps, meals, and nappy changes. We also use Tapestry, an online journal that keeps you in the loop.

No worries at all! We’ll work closely with you and follow your weaning routine, supporting your baby’s journey at their own pace.

You can detail any allergies on the Child Details Form. We’ll then create an allergy plan with you, and all staff will be informed. If your child needs an EpiPen, staff will receive additional training.

A full change of clothes (plus extras if potty training)
Seasonal gear: wellies, raincoat, sunscreen, hats, etc.
Please label everything you bring!

If your child is unwell, please keep them at home to prevent spreading illness. If they’ve had sickness or diarrhoea, we ask they stay home for 48 hours. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for absences due to illness.
